DORINA WHITE, BSN, RN Founder and CEO
Next Level Home Care was founded by Dorina White. She has over 25 years of progressive nursing and caregiving experience globally. Her passion to care holistically for vulnerable individuals outside the hospital setting and give back to the community, plus her entrepreneurial spirit inspired her to switch careers and start her own home care agency. “To me, value is a relationship. A relationship that recognizes all aspects of one’s life. Aging is part of life. It’s a fact. But how we provide loving care makes all the difference.”

Don White, CRNA Consultant
Don’s commitment to serve started at a very young age when he enlisted in the navy and became a Hospital Corpsman. Today, he is now serving as a Chief Anesthetist in one of the premier healthcare systems in the DMV region. He is a beacon of positivity and calm. With more than 30 years of expertise in healthcare, Don also ignites hope, inspiration, and peace of mind to the people he encounters and serves.
